WorldFood Poland is one of the largest industry event on the food market in Poland and CEE. The exhibition has been held regularly since 2014 and brings together exhibitors from various fields of the food industry, dietary supplements and equipment, technologies and solutions for the food&drink industry. As a part of this year’s edition of WorldFood Poland, the organizers have prepared a diversified, substantive and comprehensive program, which is addressed to entrepreneurs and everyone related to the industry. The topics of the speeches will include, among others: issues related to running a business in difficult times, effective branding and packaging, trends in the food market in Poland and in the world, prospects for the development of the market of alternative protein sources as well as the importance of Polish brands and opportunities for expansion into new markets and new technologies that will reduce waste in supply chains.
In addition to a special sector in which as many as 26 companies with plant-based meat and dairy substitutes will exhibit, there will be also a dedicated conference block. We will discuss the prospects of the substitutes market, cellular meat in the context of development for the meat industry, insects as an alternative source of protein. The debates and lectures will be attended by experts from this industry, including: Proveg Polska, RoślinnieJemy, CMR, West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Labfarm and Divaks from Lithuania.
As part of WorldFood Poland, there will also be conferences dedicated to the dietary supplements and functional food industry in the NutraFood sector. Already on April 18, in cooperation with the National Council of Dietary Supplements and Nutrients (KRSIO), the Panel on Quality and Safety of Dietary Supplements will be presented: safety and quality in the production and distribution chain of dietary supplements and the safety of innovative ingredients. In addition, we will learn more about the advertising of foodstuffs, including dietary supplements, on the Internet, e.g. in social media, or how to construct a message so as not to be subject to sanctions, and how to communicate about product safety. On April 19, together with PK Components, the next edition of the Spring Agenda Conference will be organized, during which the topics of legal regulations regarding the dietary supplements industry, environmental and health labels and statements, as well as issues regarding teams, professional burnout and well-being in the workplace will be discussed.
During the ColdChain Poland sector, which is part of WorldFood Poland, there will be presented lectures on sustainable cold chain logistics, new technologies in logistics that can help reduce waste and improve the yard management process and its impact on the company’s performance, environment and well-being of employees and drivers.
Among the invited speakers there will be experienced specialists from Poland and abroad who will share their knowledge and experience with conference participants.
